Surviving high school is hard enough without a mysterious yearbook predicting exactly how your classmates and teachers will die. Most Likely to Murder by Lish McBride is a fast-paced young adult mystery filled with dark humour, unexpected twists and a deadly game that turns a harmless school tradition into a terrifying reality.

Best friends Rick and Martina have always managed to stay under the radar at Meadowvale High, despite their reputations as pranksters and outsiders. Everything changes when the school's yearbook superlatives are replaced with gruesome predictions about how individual students and teachers are most likely to die. At first, everyone assumes it is simply another cruel joke—until Mr. Stephens, whose prediction says he is “Most Likely to Sleep with the Fishes,” is found dead at the bottom of a lake.

When more people begin dying in exactly the ways described in the yearbook, Rick and Martina realise that someone is turning the disturbing predictions into reality. With their own horrifying superlative waiting for them, the two friends must investigate the mystery, uncover the identity of the killer and find a way to survive before their names become the next entries in the deadly yearbook.
